Tri-Cities Child Care Survey
March 3, 2017

We invite you to complete a short online TriCities Child Care Survey. Through the dedicated work of community stakeholders within the United Way Avenues of Change Childcare Working Group, and with the support of the TriCities Early Childhood Development Committee, a survey has been designed to help understand your child care needs. This is an opportunity for families to amplify their voice on their child care experience for children 0-8 years old. Your feedback will help us serve your family and our community better.

All information collected for this study is anonymous. The survey is available online in English and paper copies in English, Chinese, Korean, and Farsi. Email: avenuesofchange@westcoastfamily.org to request a paper version.

The deadline for survey responses is March 29th, 2017. When you complete the survey, you may enter the draw for one of five $50 VISA gift cards.
