I have over thirteen years of experience supporting individuals and families in community and mental health settings.
I believe that everyone has the innate capacity to heal from trauma and overcome personal challenges and I aim to provide a safe space to facilitate movement towards that path. My approach is grounded in building a collaborative and compassionate environment where the individual can explore their inner world and emotions with support and guidance.
Our minds and bodies have an innate capacity to heal themselves and the therapeutic relationship can help facilitate this. I hope to speak with you soon to see if I am a good fit to support your healing process.

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families in community and educational settings.
I bring a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-sensitive approach to my counselling practice. My therapeutic approach is tailored to best fit each individual, child, and family, depending on their needs.
My goal is to establish a safe and compassionate relationship in which each individual feels deeply understood and supported. I believe in working collaboratively with each person to meet their goals and help navigate life’s challenges. I am passionate about supporting the emotional health of children by helping them to express their feelings and process experiences, facilitating their growth and development. When working with parents, my aim is to help provide insight into a child’s challenging behaviours and to offer strategies for making positive changes for families.
Areas Of Specialization: Play Therapy (aged 0-12 for behaviour issues, grief and loss, trauma), parenting support (aggression, resistance and opposition, sibling conflict, separation, food, sleep, anxiety), life transitions, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, and depression.
Certifications: Expressive Play Therapy, Attachment-based Developmental approaches.
I’m a child and youth therapist and educator who creates spaces where people feel seen, safe, and supported.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are (emotionally, developmentally, and socially) and walking alongside them as they grow.
With a Graduate Diploma in Special Education, a BC Teacher Certificate, and over 10 years of experience, I’ve worked across clinical, educational, and community-based settings. While much of my work focuses on children, youth, and families, I also support adults navigating parenting, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship shifts. Whether working with individuals, families, or school teams, my goal is to build connections, foster resilience, and honour each person’s unique strengths.
