An educational and supportive group for parents to connect as they navigate the ups and downs of the co-parenting journey.

Through a series of both online and in-person sessions, facilitators invite parents to explore strategies and tools that may enhance communication, reduce conflict, and promote positive outcomes for their children.

Topics explored include:

Navigating the New Dynamics
Understanding Impacts on Children
Child’s Best Interest
Effective Communication
Self-Care
Grief & Loss.

Additional details:

Open to ongoing referrals
Coffee, tea, & light snacks provided during in-person sessions
One-zone bus tickets provided for in-person sessions

Schedule:

Thursdays, Nov. 20, 2025 – Feb. 26, 2026 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (No sessions Dec 18 – Jan 1)
Alternating weeks online via Zoom and in-person at the Link (2780 E Broadway, Vancouver)
