- Registration is required for each session. Limited capacity available. Spots open weekly
- Every Monday, April 7 – June 23, 2025 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- No session on April 21 & May 19
- In-person group indoors at the WFC Tri-Cities office (2062 Manning Ave, Port Coquitlam).
