Join us for a free info session for families on Legal Education in Family Law. Represented by Pro Bono Students Canada.

Are you struggling to navigate parenting time and legal issues?

This session is designed to help families understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal pathways available when family and criminal law intersect. It will also, highlight the real barriers families encounter when seeking parental time and protection, and explore solutions to bridge the gaps in legal knowledge and support.

Join us for a free and informative session where we discuss:

  • What to do if you’re worried about your child’s safety due to the other parent’s criminal history.
  • How no-contact orders impact parenting time and what legal options exist.
  • Where to find legal support and resources to help you make informed decisions.
  • Practical strategies & skills for establishing effective co-parenting plans/agreements.
  • Self-representation communication strategies & skills with opposing legal counsel inside/outside of court proceedings.

Let’s work together to find solutions that protect your family and your child’s well-being.
