Families facing both family and criminal law issues often experience confusion and stress. This presentation will cover:

• Key legal challenges affecting parental time and child access when criminal concerns arise
• The impact of no-contact orders on families and the available legal remedies
  Effective legal resources and strategies to guide families through these difficult situations
• Court orders applied through Family Law Act (FLA) and Criminal Code
• Court Experience/ Etiquette/Conduct Information
• Self-representation communication strategies & skills with opposing legal counsel inside/outside of court proceedings.

Gain insights to better support the families you work with and connect them to the right legal and social resources.
