June 3 @ 12:00PM - 1:30PM

Online, Digital - See Post For Details

If you are a woman who has experienced any abuse, regardless of your situation, you are not alone. Join our support group, ideal for women who have left a relationship that involved domestic or relationship violence, whether there was physical, verbal, emotional, or financial abuse, and are now living in a safe space separate from their abuser.

This group provides the opportunity for women to meet with others who have had similar experiences and want to rebuild their life, with the intention being to provide social and emotional support. We will focus on enhancing your understanding of the different types and cycles of abuse, how to co-parent with an abusive ex-partner, how to talk to your children about abuse, how to set healthy boundaries, and much more.
