Child Care
We provide parents and guardians with tools and resources to help find quality child care in Vancouver. With resources that range from a list of child care providers to assistance with navigating provincial subsidy applications, we are here to help. Westcoast Early Learning Library (WELL)
We house British Columbias most comprehensive, publicly accessible collection of materials related to early childhood care and education. Our collection of nearly 12,000 items includes a broad range of materials that support anti-bias education and that recognize the human and cultural diversity around us. The collection also features professional development and student resources on a variety of topics including ECE theory and practice-to-program planning, child care administration, and more. The WELL is open to Early Childhood Educators, ECE students, caregivers, parents and all who are interested in quality early learning and care.
Professional Development
We are leaders in offering professional development opportunities for certified Early Childhood Educators and early years’ professionals. Our curriculum is applicable for those just entering the field and for those with years of experience who wish to share their knowledge while adding to their toolbox.
