A FREE supportive group for parents and caregivers navigating the emotional landscape of receiving a diagnosis for their child, whether it’s autism, ADHD, a learning difference, or any other developmental, medical, or mental health condition.
Together we will explore the complex feelings that can arise: grief, relief, guilt, confusion, and hope, while building community, sharing stories, and learning tools to support both our children and ourselves.

This group is for parents who are parenting children between the ages of 3 – 13 who are neurodiverse. We primarily focus on ADHD, ASD, Twice Exceptional/ Gifted, and kids with FASD. This group provides a safe supporting space for parents as well as strategies for parenting kids with neurodiverse challenges.
