This workshop is for women who have experienced domestic violence or intimate partner violence and are no longer in the abusive relationship.

This group supports women who are in a safe place and ready to rebuild their lives after DV/ IPV.

We cover topics including: understanding DV, physical and emotional safety after DV, challenges related to attending family court (we DO NOT offer legal advice), challenges related to co-parenting with an abusive former partner.

Join us for a group that supports moms to become the best version of themselves. Group is spoken and led in Farsi.

Join us on Wednesdays for a Postpartum Support Group. We will provide a safe environment where woman who are experiencing postpartum depression can meet and support each other.

Facilitator is trained by Pacific Post Partum Society.

If you are a woman who has experienced any abuse, regardless of your situation, you are not alone. Join our support group, ideal for women who have left a relationship that involved domestic or relationship violence, whether there was physical, verbal, emotional, or financial abuse, and are now living in a safe space separate from their abuser.

This group provides the opportunity for women to meet with others who have had similar experiences and want to rebuild their life, with the intention being to provide social and emotional support. We will focus on enhancing your understanding of the different types and cycles of abuse, how to co-parent with an abusive ex-partner, how to talk to your children about abuse, how to set healthy boundaries, and much more.
