An educational and supportive group for parents to connect as they navigate the ups and downs of the co-parenting journey.
Through a series of both online and in-person sessions, facilitators invite parents to explore strategies and tools that may enhance communication, reduce conflict, and promote positive outcomes for their children.
Topics explored include:
- Navigating the New Dynamics
- Understanding Impacts on Children
- Best Interest of the Child
- Effective Communication
- Emotional Awareness & Wellbeing
Additional details:
- Open to ongoing referrals
- Coffee, tea, & light snacks provided during in-person sessions
- One-zone bus tickets provided for in-person sessions
