An educational and supportive group for parents to connect as they navigate the ups and downs of the co-parenting journey.

Through a series of both online and in-person sessions, facilitators invite parents to explore strategies and tools that may enhance communication, reduce conflict, and promote positive outcomes for their children.

Topics explored include:

  • Navigating the New Dynamics
  • Understanding Impacts on Children
  • Best Interest of the Child
  • Effective Communication
  • Emotional Awareness & Wellbeing

Additional details:

  • Coffee, tea, & light snacks provided during in-person sessions
  • one-zone bus tickets provided for in-person sessions
  • Childminding available upon request

This group is for parents currently engaged in a high-conflict co-parenting dynamic; Ideally participants have parenting time or unsupervised access to children, and some form of communication with their co-parent.

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays, Sept. 15 – Nov. 3, 2026, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Alternating weeks online via Zoom and in-person at the Link (2780 E Broadway, Vancouver)
