This support group is a place for any individual seeking community and comfort through times of grief in an inclusive, non-judgemental, and therapeutic environment. In addition to discussions and sharing, there will be a small educational component covering topics such as how grief is perceived in the body and the connection between attachment and grief.

If you are a woman who has experienced any abuse, regardless of your situation, you are not alone. Join our 8-week support group, ideal for women who have left a relationship that involved domestic or relationship violence, whether there was physical, verbal, emotional, or financial abuse, and are now living in a safe space separate from their abuser.

This group provides the opportunity for women to meet with others who have had similar experiences and want to rebuild their life, with the intention being to provide social and emotional support. We will focus on enhancing your understanding of the different types and cycles of abuse, how to co-parent with an abusive ex-partner, how to talk to your children about abuse, how to set healthy boundaries, and much more.
