If you’re carrying the weight of the past, you don’t have to carry it alone. Come as you are to learn about the “why” behind your experiences—from attachment styles to the way our bodies process trauma. In this supportive group, we’ll help you rediscover trust, set healthy boundaries, and find your way back to yourself.
